02 / A NOTE FROM LEWIS

“Australia is a
culture of legends.”

They were the most vivid part of my youth. Jim Craig, The Man From Snowy River, was always number one, among many.

Humans use legends to pass down values to future generations. I believe Australia’s frontline warfighters embody our most prized values, such as grit, excellence and honour.

This movie is an ode to our frontline warfighters, our Sappers, and especially our Special Forces — the best of the best to ever do it — of which Ben is but a representative. He’s one that can handle a little razzle dazzle.

Thanks for comin,
Lewis.
